Cancellation Process: If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible through the same channel used for booking. Timeframes for Cancellations and Refunds:

    7 Days Before Check-in: If you cancel your reservation at least 7 days before the scheduled check-in date, you are eligible for a 100% refund of the total booking amount.

    3 Days Before Check-in: For cancellations made within 3 days before the scheduled check-in date, a 50% refund of the total booking amount will be provided.

    24 Hours Before Check-in: Cancellations made within 24 hours before the scheduled check-in date are not eligible for a refund.
